Estimated shipping times: Domestic orders have an estimated shipping time of 5-7 days. International orders have an estimated shipping time  of 7-10 days.

 30 Day money-back guarantee: We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee minus the $2.00 shipping charge. If you're not satisfied with the skin, contact us at info@clearviewskins.com for a return authorization number.

Lifetime skin replacement guarantee: The lifetime skin replacement guarantee is simple. If the Clear View Skin is damaged while protecting the hand-held electronic device and will no longer function properly, we will replace the Clear View Skin for the original owner. All you will be responsible for is a shipping and handling fee which is $3.99 for Hand-held devices and $5.99 for iPads.

Should you need a replacement skin e-mail us at info@clearviewskins.com  include your name, original transaction number, and shipping address.

After you receive your replacement skins, you must send the damaged skins back to us to in order to keep your lifetime skin replacement guarantee intact and qualify for any future replacement skin requests.

Please be aware we will not accept skins for return that have been damaged through installation errors by the buyer.
