Shipping: Skins for small devices ship in a business size envelope. Skins for large devices ship in paperboard mailers. All orders ship by the United States Postal Service first class mail the first business day after we receive the order.

Shipping charges: Free worldwide shipping with orders for two or more skins. The shipping charge for one skin is $2.00 worldwide. 

Shipping times: Domestic orders have an estimated shipping time of 7 days. International orders have an estimated shipping time of 10 days.

30-Day money-back guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee minus the shipping charges. If you are not satisfied with the skin, contact us at info@clearviewskins.com for a return authorization number.

Skin replacement guarantee: The skin replacement guarantee is simple. We guarantee that Clear View Skins will protect the device that they are installed on from scratches for the lifetime of the device. If the Clear View Skin is damaged while protecting the device and will no longer protect the device properly, we will replace the  skin for the original owner. All you will be responsible for is a shipping and handling fee of $4.99.

To replace a damaged skin e-mail us at info@clearviewskins.com  include your name, original transaction number, and shipping address.

After you receive your replacement skins, you must send the original damaged skins back to us within 30 days in order to keep your skin replacement guarantee intact and qualify for any future replacement skin requests.

Please be aware we will not accept skins for return that have been damaged through installation errors.

Fraud Protection: For the protection of our customers and Clear View Skins, we reserve the right to cancel any order. Orders that appear to be fraudulent are subject to verification. If an order appears to be fraudulent, we will contact the customer to verify the order before shipping. If we are unable to contact the customer within a reasonable period, we will cancel the order.
