Q: Do you offer a skin replacement guarantee? The skin replacement guarantee is simple. We guarantee that Clear View Skins will protect the device that they are installed on from scratches for the lifetime of the device. If the Clear View Skin is damaged while protecting the device and will no longer protect the device properly, we will replace the skin for the original owner. All you will be responsible for is a shipping and handling fee of $4.99.

To replace a damaged skin e-mail us at info@clearviewskins.com include your name, original transaction number, and shipping address.

Q: Are Clear View Skins scratchproof? No. None of the skins sold to protect hand-held electronic devices are scratch proof. There is not a scratchproof film available from any of the companies that produce the films used to protect hand-held electronic devices from scratches. Clear View Skins are precision cut from VentureShield Ultra the premium scratch protection film manufactured by 3M, the industry leader in scratch protection film and are very scratch resistant.

Q: Do you ship worldwide? Yes. All orders ship within one business day of the order by the United States Postal Service first class mail. Skins for small devices ship in a business size envelope and skins for the large devices ship in paperboard mailers.

Q: What are the estimated shipping times? Domestic orders have an estimated shipping time of 7 days. International orders have an estimated shipping time of 10 days.

Q: What are the shipping charges? We provide free worldwide shipping with all orders for two or more skins. The worldwide shipping charge for one skin is $2.00
